Return / Exchange

Terms & Conditions:

• Items returned within 30 days of receipt will receive 100% money back on the cost of the item/s purchased. Must include order number in RMA request. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
• You MUST contact ghost-usa.com prior to making a return or exchange and provide order number to receive a RMA. (Return Merchandise Authorization) NO orders will be receive without an RMA or order number.
• Items must be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days of receipt and must include order number.
• Returned or Exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer until they have been received by Ghost USA.
• All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility, including but not limited to, purchases, exchanges, returns…Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns and/or Exchanges after 30 days of receipt, will incur a 20% re-stock fee and must have an RMA and order number.
